- R. L. O'Mealy made an uncredited appearance at the end of a 1938 film called "Devil's Rock" (Carraig an Deamhain), set in Northern Ireland. About one minute of video from the end of this film, showing R. L. in full stride on his 3 regulator set can be seen on YouTube!
